2022 Monarcha Pinot Noir

The first red Pinot Noir outing from Victor Palencia since 2015, this Dia de Los Muertos edition wine gleans with beautiful purple to ruby edges – a depth of color that is fun to experience in a Pinot Noir. Strawberries, cherries, and raspberries dominate the nose with just a hint of vanilla from the 100% new French oak used to produce this wine. Tart red fruits and just a hint of rose run in the background with punchy but not overwhelming tannins. The finish lasts for a while making it one of the most fun Pinots you will find in Washington State.
