2021 Palencia Grenache
Medium-bodied with pink edges, the wine’s fingers are impressive. Fig and Dr. Pepper scents dominate the nose, with almost a roast beef element running in the background. Prune and some allspice are the key characteristics on the palate with good acidity and surprising tannins.
